The location was marvellous, I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was so close to back garden, and the tube station and the central shopping area. Clean and in general very good property though, unfortunately, the bathroom was very dated.

I had a fantastic stay at Aviva Studios in London. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities I needed including a fridge, microwave, and dishes. The staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. The free WiFi was definitely a plus. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Aviva Studios to others. I will definitely be back to Aviva Studios.

We had a great stay at Aviva Studios. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube station and nearby shops. The studio room was clean, well-equipped, and had air conditioning, which was a bonus during the hot weather. The owners were extremely welcoming and made our stay a total pleasure. Despite some noise from the surrounding area, it was excellent value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
